Maybe your partner is going away for a few days, or maybe you're recovering from being unwell and just need someone to come over, cook you a healthy meal and tidy your house so you can *actually* sleep while the baby sleeps. Whatever the reason, I can provide a once-off visit to give you that little boost you need to feel calm and centred again.
Pragmatic and caring coaching to help you find your groove as a working parent
Returning to paid work after having a baby can feel like a huge leap. You might feel excited, nervous, or even dread the thought of going back to work. You might feel called to a different vocation after the life-changing experience of becoming a parent. I can tailor a coaching package to help you to identify your career goals as a working parent - whatever they may be - and the steps you can take to reach them.
Would you like to chat with someone neutral and non-judgemental to help you feel confident about your return to paid work? We can meet virtually or in person if you live in my local area, and talk through your return to work and career goals and the steps you can take to reach them.
