Two hours of support, including a nourishing snack (approx. 12 serves) prepared for you.
Perfect for that quick pick-me-up when you’re constantly putting everyone else’s needs first and you need to find a little moment of peace and rest for yourself.
Available to those in my local area, or as part of a multi-visit package.
Three hours of support, including a main meal (approx. 4 serves) and snack (approx. 6-12 serves depending on snack) prepared for you.
This visit is designed to help give you the boost you need to feel calm and centred again – by the time I leave, you’ll feel refreshed and confident to take on another week of mum-life.
Five hours of support, including three main meals (approx. 4 serves each) and two snacks (approx. 6-12 serves each) prepared and portioned into your freezer for you.
This visit is all about getting you prepared for the big transitions- whether for your fourth trimester, for when your partner goes back to work and you’re solo with bub during the day, or for when you’re returning to work. Let me set you up to thrive and find joy in these times by being prepared and nourished!
